Advertising was likely the biggest hassle Nova had encountered since beginning xyr business. Doing it online was difficult enough, designing ads and organizing emails to be sent out was a righteous pain, however when one was running a business for the technologically inept, advertising was forced out of the difficult and into the primitive.
NOVA'S ADJUSTMENT SCHOOL
Learn how humanity has caught up, learn more about the world.
For the decrepit millenium-year-old fae who is so self absorbed they couldn't be bothered to check up on the damn world.
Nova's glamour was the same as it had been since xe had decided it was time to "grow up" and take a more mature form. Had xe grown up in Avalon, perhaps xe would still be childish and youthful, however xe was forced to acclimate to human society, and therefore matured at the same rate as xyr human peers. It was strange to Nova that the majority of fae expected xem to be practically an infant, given that xe was only twenty one. However, Nova had vowed long ago to not focus too long on the expectations of older fae - they tended to be rooted in nothing more than stereotypes.
Walking along the street, Nova took out a poster and some tape, attaching one to a telephone post before continuing down the street, nearing more populated areas as xe began pasting more and more posters. Hopefully someone would see the posters and call, and if not, perhaps someone seeking a lesson would simply approach xem on the street, asking about the posters.

Granted, the flyer xe was currently crafting would probably just end up in getting Nova cursed or otherwise magically troubled. Sighing, xe erased the final line of the poster, filling it in with the more socially acceptable "For the soon-to-be-modern Fae." Xe glanced over to the printer next to xyr desktop, watching it whizz to life as it began printing fifty or so of the documents. Nobody had even bothered to call the number on xyr previous flyers, which was why xe had removed it and instead hidden a few runes outside the building in which xe lived, hoping that would be enough to guide a messenger to xyr door and to guide a bit of money to xyr pockets. Unlike some of the older fae, Nova's family wasn't of any sort of renown, and xe had still not visited Avalon, despite the fact that many of xyr customers had suggested xe go. This suggestion was typically followed up by a comment on xyr lack of respect for tradition and history.
The printer finally finished spitting out the flyers, and Nova packed up xyr phone along with a few rolls of tape and xyr favorite pair of headphones. Satisfied, xe turned off the computer and left apartment 23, checking to see if the runes were still outside once xe reached the sidewalk.
