Aubrey was indeed a very new vampire. She didn't choose to be one, but she couldn't change what fate had in store for her. Travelling all the way from New Orleans was hard, even with her maker helping her. Though, he had practically disappeared on arriving to the giant city. He let her know along the way that she would be a lot more safe there. Though, he never told her way. She found a abandoned area and a dark hole in the ground for the day time, but now that it was her first night here, she wanted to go on the prowl. She didn't mind too bad that she was alone.
Despite her parents being dead she guess, though she couldn't really remember, she was almost completely fine alone. She did know how to use her strength better now, though it took a bit for her to control it. She was also small. a little bit shorter then five feet and no more then one hundred pounds, she guessed that she was a runt compared to most vampires. A pipsqueak in her eyes. She gigged at the thought of the word pipsqueak. Knowing that the sun was now down, she traveled outside of her abandoned cellar in the old rundown building and traveled to the nearest place to her.
Walking around in the park, the bright moon shining down on her, Aubrey smiled. She was dressed in a white short sleeve shirt and blue short shorts, with a black belt with a metal belt buckle. She could smell and hear well, and her vision was perfect, even in the dark. She liked that. Wandering for a little while she started to feel hungry. Very hungry. She knew this hunger. It was for blood. And she could smell it. It was coming not too far from her. A late night jogger feel and really scarped her knee. She couldn't hold back. The smell was too good.
Aubrey jumped, her fangs out and a scream could have been heard from a mile away. She bit the girl on the shoulder. The crimson liquid flowed into her mouth. She moaned with her mouth cupped over the wounded shoulder. She didn't realize how hungry she was. She didn't feel right for hurting her, but she couldn't stop. The girl just tasted so yummy. So good. And she was just so hungry. The girl was starting to struggle. Aubrey used her superior strength to hold her down in a bear like hug. No ya yummy thing, not 'til I'm done.~ Aubrey thought,

The council had decided to met up for a situation that had come up that was resolved. Everett had left the building that the meeting had taken place and was heading down near times square. The traffic was just as busy as it would have been in the daytime. Neon signs and advertisement flashed around him, people walked in a rush and lightly pushed one another to make it to their destination. He headed down a street that Central Park was on, he was going to a underground parking garage were his motorcycle was at to head back to Toronto when he sense a vampire, but this vampire was very young.
He wondered if this was the same one Lady Charlotte had adopted. It certainly had smelt like her, but why was she in the park? He also smelt a few humans, they were all in great distance of one another but a spine chilling scream rang out. The other humans wondered what had happen and a couple of them were even heading towards the sound. He used his speed and the smell to find where the feeding was taking place and stop it before the other humans see what is going on.
He quickly pulled the young vampire off. Why the hell are you out here? He demanded, knocking the victim out so she would shut up. He couldnt believe this was happening and Lady Charlotte was going to hear about this. If the youngling was hungry, she should have said something and someone could have taken her hunting so a scene like this wouldn't happen. He picked up the unconcious girl and grabbed the young vampire and quickly went into a secluded area in the park as the small group of humans were closing in on the area where the girl was attacked.

----------- Devyn, too, had been on his way to Times Square when he'd heard the scream.
He'd been keeping a slight distance from Everett--he knew that his fellow Councilman tended to prefer solitude--but had decided to close the distance once he'd noticed the commotion going on in Central Park. Well, there went his idea for the day. He'd been planning on going out and looking around a bit, maybe going to see if the door to the Puzzle Piece had been fixed yet. That had been a doozy, and he cared deeply about Aleena and her well-being. But it seemed it was not meant to be, at least not yet.
Sprinting, the leggy vampire made it over to Everett and Aubrey as he tried to draw as little attention to himself as possible. Though he was distinctive, luck would have it that no one had deemed it an appropriate time to approach or follow him. At least not that he'd noticed. "What in the world is going on?" Devyn asked, looking between the young girl, the older man, and the unconscious jogger. "I missed most of the action."
It took Devyn a moment to process who he was with. "Didn't Charlotte just take you in? Didn't she say she was about to? Maybe she hasn't done it yet. Maybe she didn't tell you? I'll, er. I'll text her." Pulling out his phone, Devyn started tapping away in an attempt to contact the leader of the vampires. "This is certainly a worrying development. Do you know what you've done wrong?" It occurred to Devyn that, being a child, she might not--after all, if she hadn't been taught the ropes, pouncing on a human in broad moonlight would seem fairly reasonable since she would have been hungry. He could smell the blood as well, and it was tempting, sure. Actually, it was very tempting. He hadn't had a drink in what seemed like so long, and she was right there. Just a sip couldn't hurt. Devyn licked his lips, then felt his tongue catch on one of his fangs. With a deep breath, he brought himself back to the situation. That was likely what the girl had felt like, and if she hadn't been taught how to resist... well, she couldn't be blamed.
"We want to help you," Devyn said, his fangs still poking out slightly. "Even we have problems with these sorts of things sometimes, as you can see." He gave her a wide grin, making sure that she could see all his teeth, then continued. "But you need to be able to control your thirst, or else you could get hurt. I, at least, would like to help you with that, though Everett would also be up for it. I think."

Aubrey was happily enjoying her meal. The women just tasted so good. It was like ecstasy in her mouth. Mmmmmm. She must work out and take good care of herself... So tasty! She moaned as she drank. The girl was turning white by the time the other vampire she smelt pulled her off, knocking out the chick as well. She quickly licked the left over blood from her lips and teeth. Quickly she made it over to him in a more quiet and empty area in the park, as they tried to get her away from the crowd of people that was slowly gathering to see what all of the commotion was about. Some where now already checking to see if she was hurt.
Aubrey looked up at the much taller man -dang she hated being short- and could tell that he was probably a vampire as well. She was done licking the blood off of her but noticed that he looked angry, and her content face quickly became sad. She did something she wasn't supposed to and felt bad about it. "I-I was just wanderin' 'bout ta take a look around de city. Not from here..." Aubrey said in her thick Cajun accent sniffling a bit as she looked down at the ground and shuffled her feet a little, messing with a stray rock that was next to her left shoe. "I'm sorry." She said as the next vampire was also next to her.
"I-I haven't gotten to fully meet Charlotte as I just arrived. I'm s-sorry. I'm just new to t'is." Aubrey said looking up at the two older vampires, her eyes already starting to gain tears, which she quickly tried to rub away. "I just t'was hungry and she scraped her knee. It t'was bleedin' and smelt good. I couldn't help myself." She tried to explain. It was true. She hadn't been taught the ropes and had no guidance due to her maker leaving her. She was completely alone and clueless until Charlotte was ready to finally take her fully in. "Am I in big troubles?" She asked as she tried her best to make the tears stop.

This wasn't how he wanted his night to go. What ever happen to just being able to go to your vehicle and drive home for a much needed rest or just relaxation. She was new....so guess it couldn't be help. He didn't exactly like vampires who caused attention to themselves, but most of the time those vampires were just prideful and stupid, wanting to show how big and bad they were. This girl though, she was very new and couldn't help herself. He didn't know where Charlotte was, wasn't she was one that was suppose to be taking this girl in, showing her the ropes?
He looked to the girl she had attacked, she was already dead from the lost of blood. He was sure that she wouldn't come back as a vampire so now it was just doing away with the body. He glanced up from the body to another one of the council members who must have heard the commotion and smelt the blood. He straightened up, running a hand through his hair and looked between the youngling and his fellow council member.
He sigh as the youngling started sniffling, he didn't do well with crying children or women. Quit your sniffling. He said in a rather harsh tone.
He looked to the other vampire. She got carried away and attacked this girl, made to much noise and now there is a groupof humans nosing around, wondering what is going on, if I hadn't stopped her then a group of humans would have seen a young girl bent over another girl, sucking her blood. He explained.
What the hell were they going to do? He just gave the council men...who name was Devyn if he remembered correctly a, "that's not going to happen", look when he said that they could show her how to control herself. He frowned and almost growled in frustration. Could be, depends on what happens from here. He told the girl.

----------- As he finished texting Charlotte about the incident, Devyn frowned as he interpreted Everett's glance. So much for that idea. "There's no need to be so harsh with her, Everett. She's just a kid, and she's never been taught how to control her hunger. That's not her fault." He turned to Aubrey, patting her on the shoulder. "It'll be alright, okay? I can take you to go see Charlotte, if you want. I don't know if Everett wants to come along or what." Glancing back at the gathering humans, he said, "Actually, hang on. I'll... be right back."
With a few long strides, Devyn walked over to the crowd. "Step back," he ordered. A few people shuffled out of his way, and he crouched near the girl. Without checking for a pulse, he bit his hand and placed it upon her lips. He knew that some of his blood had trickled into her throat, so if she was still savable, this would likely turn her. Hopefully that'd be enough.
Quickly, he stood up, looking between the humans. "Leave," he stated, his tone icy. When no one moved, he glared and bared his fangs, stating again louder, "Leave." Then the humans scattered. Picking up the woman in front of him, he walked back over to the two and set her down next to Aubrey. "She'll probably be okay. Don't worry about it too much," he said. "We'll get it taken care of, okay? This is what the Council is for. We help people and we make sure our people are safe. I can help you get to Charlotte, and I can help teach you some of the basics on the way. Sometimes being a vampire is hard, but it'll be okay. It always is." Devyn smiled, patting the young girl on the shoulder. "We'll make sure of that."
