FULL NAME:: Robyn Jane Malone
NICKNAMES:: Rob, Robbie
GENDER:: Female
ACTUAL AGE:: 20
APPARENT AGE:: 20
SPECIES/RACE:: Werewolf (bitten)
PREFERRED PRONOUNS:: Female (she/her)
SEXUAL ORIENTATION:: Bisexual
FACECLAIM:: Lily Collins
NATIONALITY:: British
HEIGHT:: 5'4
HAIR:: Naturally brown, dyed red or black
EYES:: Hazel
SKIN:: Light
DISTINGUISHING MARKS:: She has a book tattoo on her ankle/foot: see here
APPEARANCE:: Robyn is a small person. Her body mass and height always make her appear short, and it doesn't help that she never wears heels. Perfect for curling up, in her opinion. Robyn's hair tends to be long, and she likes to dye it red and black whenever she feels like it. Normally she uses temporary stuff, so it can end up changing quite frequently. Her eyes are an average hazel, but in the light they can look golden. She has the usual light, pale skin of the British people as well.
Robyn has a very casual style of wear, too. She fancies herself jeans, t-shirts, checked shirts, etc. Even leather jackets, and usually practical boots and footwear. Feminine clothes aren't her "thing" but she does like dressing up for something fancy. The main features on her face are probably her eyebrows (hella strong eyebrow game) and her smile. Robyn has a smile that could light up the room, and she doesn't like going anywhere without it.
PERSONALITY:: Robyn can be known as your usual ultimate friendly person. Well, maybe not ultimate friendly, she tends to use rude language a lot but she's mostly good in only using that around close friends or enemies (Emphasis on language, she isn't a rude person at heart. Britain has just rubbed off on her). She also has the small problem of telling a lot of sexual jokes, but she doesn't do it too excessively and if you get too bothered by it then she will stop when asked. If you have the chance to meet her, she'd try her best to keep a conversation going. This is the girl that would have fun with random strangers, even if she never sees them again. It's all okay though because she's not being creepy, she's just enthusiastic a lot of the time, she just needs to have some fun. There's a lot of built up energy behind her, so she gets on well with other people that are jokey and kind - like her. If you're not like that, then Robyn can only see you as a challenge. She likes to be friends with everyone, so even if you're reluctant at first then she'll only come back to try again. She annoys people into being her friend. Not in a harsh way, but she hangs around you so much until you end up just going a long with it. If you don't - well, you better get her away somehow. And this is how enemies are probably born (you can also be an enemy if you try hurting the people she loves). Robyn loves easily, and not just in the romantic way. It probably wouldn't take much for you to be considered a close friend and eventually she'd consider you almost like family. She doesn't have much of a family now herself, so you can understand why she may try to recreate a new one. If you are close to her heart, then you'll know that she'd literally do anything to keep you happy and safe. And I mean anything.
But this can easily be her downfall. If you know of this, then you'll be able to play Robyn like a little doll. She'd happily sacrifice herself for others and always put them before herself. Their happiness before her happiness; it's basically her unsaid motto. Of course if this ever happens it just makes her go miserable and miserable Robyn isn't very good because she just pushes everything down inside her. This gives her the problem of having too many negative feelings inside of her, and by this point you probably wouldn't see her cry. There'd just be too much to cry about that she physically can't.
But other than that, she's mostly a ball of fun. Sure, she gets in trouble a lot. She also can't be named the smartest of people, but in the end she has a big heart and that's what people should focus on when they meet her. She just wants to help, that's all Robyn has ever tried to do. However, she can be selfish sometimes. She doesn't try to be but eventually when you give as much as she does, you just want to have something for yourself. You can often find her in the kitchen, where she'll either be cooking something fancy, a large batch of baked goods or some sort of experimentation (which can either taste good or bad. Experiments!). Cooking can actually be a good indication of how she is feeling. Large batches of baked goods tends to mean that she's in a wonderful mood. Offering to cook at any chance she gets means she's happy. Cooking, but with no enthusiasm, means she's bothered by something. And if she's cooking something shop bought or microwavable, then you know she's upset over something big.
You should also know that Robyn is stubborn. She doesn't back down easily, and can be seen as a fighter. This is probably the only reason she's still alive to this day. She doesn't get scared of most challenges and will probably take on anything you throw her way. It's in her nature to keep on pushing back because when Robyn wants something badly enough, she won't let it slip through her fingers. She doesn't ask permission either. The girl does as she wants and doesn't let anyone tell her what to do. If she does let you control her, then you know she has put all of her trust into you. She is a very trusting person, but there will always be one somebody that she'd happily let them have her life into their hands.

HISTORY:: Robyn was born on the 9th of April, 1994. From a young age, Robyn was a creative and positive girl. You saw it in the way she'd run through the English forests, playing games and make-believe. She was great at story telling. Life was pretty simple for a little girl like her. When she was six years old, her father was relocated to work in Tokyo as a foreign exchange manager in banking. Life in England stopped immediately, and Robyn was shifted over to Tokyo, Japan.
Seeing as Robyn was so young, she adapted to life in Japan better than her parents. Soon after they arrived, Helena fell pregnant. When Robyn was seven, her little brother Michael was first born. It was then that Robyn really grew a liking for children and enjoyed helping her mother out with looking after him. As he grew older, she helped teach him Japanese so that he wouldn't end up stuck like his parents. It was another three years after that when Robyn's youngest sibling Lila was born, thus completing the Malone family.
Over the next six years, Robyn had a fairly normal life. She was warned by her parents to stay away from Pluses as they were worried she could end up being dragged into some strange dangers. It was hard to keep out of everything though. Still, she went to school and she helped around the house and she got a simple part-time job in a cake shop. Eventually she was allowed to help bake, and this was where Robyn's love for cooking began. Baking was her first passion, but she eventually started helping her dad at home with cooking dinner. It got to the point where Robyn was the only one cooking dinner because she loved it so much and her parents had to face it: Robyn was a much better cook than either of them.
It was a week before her sixteenth birthday that everything finally changed. While wandering around a local market, Robyn stumbled upon a small magic stall owned by an old Japanese man. She found it odd to see a white boy performing magic tricks for him, and in all honesty he was probably the reason she stayed. It didn't take this black haired, blue eyed boy to realise she was staring at him. At the end of his performance, he approached her and introduced himself as Aaron Parley. Aaron turned out to be British too, and Robyn couldn't help but want to get closer to this small piece of home that had erupted into her life.
After Aaron found out about her birthday, he decided to take her out for a spectacular evening. It really had turned out great, and at the end of the night he'd proven the rebel side of himself as he got the both of them on the roof of a high building. They kissed up in the shadows and that was when Robyn got her very first boyfriend.
Now, Aaron was a pretty dangerous person. He was manipulative and a liar and played with maybe people. But Robyn was different in his eyes. He didn't know why. She brought out a more honest side of him. Aaron ended up confessing he'd run away from home and that he was homeless on the wrong side of the world. Filled with pity, Robyn made him come stay with her. For a while they pretended they were just friends in front of her parents. One night Robyn had tried to persuade Aaron to come and stay in her bedroom for the night, but then he'd ended up confessing his biggest secret. Aaron was a werewolf, and that night was the full moon and he'd have to go out to be one with his nature. It'd been shocking to Robyn to find out, because her parents had definitely told her to stay away from Pluses, but once again she was interested to find out more. Aaron went off to be a wolf for the night and she went to bed wondering and wondering what it must be like for him to go running through the trees...
Life became pretty normal again. It was routine to have Aaron at home now and once they were all comfortable with him being there, Robyn finally announced to her parents that they were actually in a relationship. Of course they were iffy to have her boyfriend living with them, and they started to act a bit more restrictive on leaving the two of them alone, but it all worked out fine. Robyn was happy, Aaron was happy, and they weren't hurting anyone in the family by being together.
When Robyn was eighteen, her father came home again to tell them he'd been relocated to New York. This all felt a bit tiring, but Aaron told them that his grandmother Lucille lived there and turned out to be very excited to be going over there. The family packed up and moved out, bringing Aaron with them, and moved over to New York. Robyn could tell Aaron was a little nervous and after asking what was wrong, he whispered that New York was known to be vampire territory. He was anything but a vampire but it was going to be okay because he was with Robyn and her family. They met Lucille, who was a simple human like the rest of them. Robyn finished off her schooling and went to college, doing a course in creative writing and teaching.
Everything changed when Robyn was nineteen though. It seemed that she and Aaron hadn't been as careful as they thought they'd been and she fell pregnant. Scared and terrified of what Aaron might do, she told her mother. Helena was shocked, angry and pitiful all at the same time. She was furious her daughter had been so stupid as to get herself pregnant at such a young age, but she could see how upset Robyn was herself over the matter. Helena helped Robyn though, and they told Aaron together. He wasn't thrilled by the idea but Aaron said he'd stick by her all the way. Robyn paused her learning for the time being.
In May, 2014, baby James was born. Robyn insisted that he had the middle name Christopher, the same as Aaron's. They were all very happy and content. A few weeks after James was born, Aaron pulled Robyn to the side. He said that James had a pretty good chance of being a werewolf too and vaguely suggested that he should turn Robyn too so that they could be a proper family. Robyn was a little hesitant, but then she realised that this was exactly what she wanted and agreed. After she agreed, Aaron grinned like a maniac and proposed to her. Of course she said yes.
Not too long later, Robyn was finally turned into a werewolf. It had been a very strange experience, but hey she didn't want to go dying long before Aaron would - or James, if he turned out to be a werewolf too. They'd left little James with Helena every full moon and went out together, almost like having quality time together every month.
This didn't last very long though. Hunters had heard whispers of a werewolf changing people in New York. Worried that there may be a pack forming soon, they went out in search of the potential pack. It was a night when Robyn had taken James to see Lucille when they found the house. Aaron, Helena, Richard, Michael and Lila were all attacked. Even as a group they were no match for the experienced hunters. All of them were killed before the police could be called. Neighbours had heard the commotion going down, and they'd called them instead. As Robyn, James and Lucille approached the house, they were stopped and told the bad news. Robyn was absolutely devastated. Lucille invited her to come and live with her. This way Robyn could go back to her studying and have help looking after James when she couldn't be there.
So now that's where Robyn is, living in New York with a grandmother, her son and in a creative writing and teaching course. She's looking for a part-time job, because the money left behind when her family died isn't going to last forever and Robyn knows that very well.

ROLEPLAY SAMPLE:: It was hard not to feel pissed off. She knew she should be happy he had come along, just in case things got nasty with the vamps, but she couldn't help feeling like she'd been cheated. This was meant to be her adventure! She was meant to be diving in blindly and saving the damsel in distress herself! Probably wasn't even one anymore. David had turned out to be the scent of her damsel in distress. It was disheartening. It amazed her she was actually getting disappointed with this. Did she really think she could take on a bunch of vampires?
Still... it was fun to see how far she could get.
Robyn glanced at the holsters when David revealed them. Well, at least he was more prepared than she was. She hoped he'd been smart enough to loads them with silver bullets. It wouldn't have surprised her if he didn't, but she was trust trying to think the worst of him. It was the weirdest aspect about Robyn. She loved making friends and could usually be friendly with just about anyone but when you did get on her bad side, she never wanted to let you off of it. She wanted to know she hadn't underestimated someone. She didn't want to have judged too quickly. She didn't want to tell herself to get over it and treat them kindly. Robyn didn't owe David anything.
Her eyes watched his movement carefully, hoping that he didn't give their position away. If he was the one to get them caught then she was never forgiving him. "Gun?" she questioned. She didn't have a god damn gun! A knife sure but not a fire arm. Like she'd get away with having one of those. "No, I don't have a gun with me." she whispered in the tiniest voice. Jeez, they weren't all hunting murders like him. The fact he had said "your gun" bothered her. Did he just expect everyone to have one of their own?
She didn't really want to admit to him that she had nothing though. Suddenly Robyn was cursing at herself in her head. It had been months since she had regularly carried that silver bladed knife with her. It was a beautiful thing, with wires of silver twisting around the handle so vampires couldn't even use it against you without a glove or something else to cover their hand. There were too many memories attached to it. Too many that hurt.
Don't be so ridiculous, she thought to herself. Make it something more than that. Turn it into something better. When we get back home, start using that knife and the necklace again. It would do you good.
A silver bladed knife and a silver necklace to hang around her neck... It would be handy for a situation like this.
God, your thoughts are all over the place.
Robyn blinked and made herself focus. She leaned a little to the side, peeking around the corner of the staircase. There were shadows stretched across the room. They'd done what they had to to block out the sunlight. It made her realise that this place was probably vampire owned. It seemed stupid that she wouldn't have known. Robyn liked to keep herself out of vampire business. "Do they have someone?" Robyn mouthed slowly to David so that he could have the chance to catch what she said. He had to be here for some reason. Was it really just a random hunt that he was on?
There was movement in the other room and she strained her eyes to see. What was he doing? No one just walked around a room for nothing. It was setting her nerves on edge. The guy finally came into view. He didn't look that scary, a boy if anything, but that could easily be a lie with the virus. He could easily be hundreds of years old, well thought out and experienced in these situations. In other words, she couldn't underestimate him. It could easily be her biggest mistake. "What's the plan of action?"
